Above and Beyond OK, Above and Beyond. A pretty simple assignment, make a movie poster about a film entitled "Above and Beyond" using a couple of provided resources and specifications (size, trim etc), and then free reign so long as it looks like a 1940 war movie, involving parachutes. I definately got my inspiration from the opening scene of Narnia 1, though the process of hunting down public domain images kinda shifted the vision by the end. Still, the idea is about the same, and I'm moderately happy with it, for a class assignment. I felt like I kinda fudged up the "faded photograph" attempt, but at this point I don't really care. Made exclusively with Photoshop CS3. Resources were a combination of class materials, public domain images, and my own resources. |    |
