Dogwood This image of a dogwood blossom was drawn right about the same time as the last doodle, but it's taken me ages to post it because of the baggage that's invested in this image. To greatly simplify a moderately complex story, I drew this image for a girl I had fallen for, but it turns out that she regards me as intimidating. Go team. :( So this doodle has been sitting in my sketchbook for months, waiting for me to stop feeling sorry for myself. Made with pen, paper, Photoshop. This doodle is another case of me experimenting with Photoshop, pushing the limits of how far I can do non-destructive editing (just a note: it's very far, aside from cropping and post-production down sampling, the original scan is intact). |
