Yet More History: The 51st to 100th Newsposts
This the beginning of EITS, and also the beginning of my second year of college- a much more labor intensive year, so I had to cut the number of updates down to two per week. Sad face. But I did get the blog going, and a better system of newsposts. If you look all the way down around post 75, I went on vacation, and had to trust the site to the others. (Back to History)

Choose which set of newsposts you want: the first 50, the second 50, the third 50, the fourth 50, the fifth 50, or the sixth 50.

The original plan was to post a bit of digital art today, but I decided to hold off (I've been doing too many betas recently). Instead, I've written a quick rant, something I haven't done in entirely too long. It's entitled Cube Engine Search Plugin, and it's slightly technical (but short, I promise!).
In an unrelated note, today is my older brother's birthday, happy 22nd John! It's especially cool because this is the 100th newspost :)

Whew, still pretty rushed. Lots and lots of work to do this morning, 0 percent of it getting done. I hate pressure like this.
Today's update is an edit (haven't had one of those in a while), a piece of linework colored for Magical Princess Anya. I stuck it here, go view it.

Blargh, rushed. I have class in 15 minutes and work right after that. Oh, and I left my cellphone at home :P
But at least I have a decent update for you guys, hope you like it.
EDIT: sorry about the gaps in the update, class started and I haven't had spare time and internet simultaneously since. Sorry, and I'll see you guys tomorrow morning.

Well, the third EITS is finally up... took me a while, didn't it? But not only have I uploaded it, but there were some other small additiosn to the site over the weekend that I snuck in.
Next up- probably some Sauer screenies! (Heck, I might have a whole map done.)

Today's update is being written on one of the school macs, which is weird for me. I'm not a big fan of not having Notepad one click away. But hey, I'll manage. Don't worry, my machine is fine, just our internet is being horrible.
In more relevant news I have decided to compesate for the lack of Wednesday updates by making a blag (XKCD reference). I'll see how often I feel like updating this as we go along, because I'm using a brute-force method of publishing it. Several attempts at coding a more elegant system have turned up totally fruitless. So check it out here.

Double bad news, gang. Not only is the next EITS still not done (it's killing me), but my college workload is going to be more than I predicted. This will be the last Wednesday update for an indefinate amount of time- I'm going to need the time it requires to do my schoolwork.
There is a bright side to this though. By having only Mon/Fri updates, I can spend more time on each update, rather than dragging up old stuff I'd forgotten about. And who knows, once things calm down a bit and I find a rhythm, maybe I can build up a buffer. We'll see.
So today's update is something 4drn drew the other night, for an original costume she's planning. Go see it.

Maybe the next EITS will be wednesday, maybe not. I'm having trouble with a model that will be in it, so I've decided to use a beta screenshot of said model for today's update.
It is a beta, so it's not very pretty, and I'd be glad for any and all input on how to make it cooler.

Hey, an update I got ready early! Today's update is Tentus On Fire, a nifty wallpaper I made with photoshop. Go check it out!
In other news, the next EITS should be ready real soon. I got some good work done for it recently, which should also make the one after a lot easier.

Spruced up the History page a bit today (the chibi pages were annoying me), and did some small cleaning in the dark dusty corners of the website. Go me!
But I was too distracted to get off my butt and make a real update for today. Then it got busy and... yeah. So today's update is soemthing I should have uploaded months ago, a con report by 4drn about Animazement 2007.

Well, I am officially moved into my new apartment. It is very exciting times. But you all don't care about that, you want an update. :)
Today's update is a sketch, because I've been giving the digital section so much love recently. I drew it the other week when I was at trail, and started to photoshop it last night... but color for Burrrny will have to wait a bit until I learn more about fire.

Like I said, this update is woefully late in the day, though it was ready to be posted this morning. x_0 Sometimes my life is too ridiculous to believe.
The next EITS is progressing well, but it ain't done yet (as we say 'round here). Instead, I'm dipping deep into my bag of old and crappy flash animations and producing something not unlike the Zelda 1 flash I put up last month: Ocarina of Time in 1 Minute!
This time I've made updates and edits to it before uploading, because I deem this to be wise and good (therefore, I am an idiot and generally a bad man). I have also made edits to the aforementioned Zelda 1 animation, so be sure to swing back to check it out too. There's been a fair number of other small updates as well.

Man, self imposed deadlines suck. But lo and behold, I managed to finish EITS #002, so please go check it out!
In other news, the computer I am using to type this (the family computer) is dying fast. A huge amount of my data got corrupted last night, and I'm unable to photoshop on this computer, much less model or anything resource demanding. So, Friday's update may well be late in the evening- I wouldn't count on it being before noon. I apologize, but these things happen. Now I must go burn many many CDs of backups.

I was hoping to upload the next EITS today, but it's not finished. Instead we have a piece of art I forgot to upload over a month ago, entitled 4drn Avatar. Now I must go work.

While I technically uploaded this yesterday, This is the "official" release of the first EITS comic! I hope to upload the next one on monday or wednesday, we'll have to see.
In other news, Nashaii is hard at work on the next chapter of Seris Undead, so maybe I'll be able to get him to upload that on the 13th (I doubt I will have good internets that day, I move into my new apartment on the 12th). Also, WT's 20th anniversary is on the 11th, which I hope to attend, if I can find a coworker to trade shifts with.

Well, I was hoping that I'd be able to get the stuff I had prepared online first thing in the morning, but apparently our internet computer has decided that it doesn't support thumbdrives any more. Which means I had to burn my stuff onto a CD just to get it to a computer connected to the cloud. *sigh*
But, it's here now, and that is good. It's a background I made for a project I'm going to start posting tomorrow, called EITS for short. Check it out.
I have also done considerable code adjustments to the RLT archive. Please email me if there is trouble with it.

Gah! I was planning on a trip today, and updating once I got there, but things went horribly, horribly wrong. I'll update a piece of art tomorrow.

I tried to code up a blog again this weekend, only to be defeated again. I tell you what, I am by no stretch of the imagination a programmer. I'm about ready to use a brute-force method.
So in the place of a cool new blog, all I have is this. It's gotten to be pretty old and I've been meaning to upload it, so here you go.

My time is limited, I will have to finish this update later, but the content is up: The Event 4 photos are up!
Edit: not as limited as we thought. I have done some reworking in the history section, updated the chibi page and credit javascript, moved the photo pages into a brand new "Photo Gallery", and cleaned up the little bugs that popped up while I was away. As always, please email me any errors you see.

So here we are, at the end of my week of pain and html confusion. Today I've got chapter three of teh Sergis, here it is:"Sergis Undead, Chapter Three: Peregrinatio, Taksidi, Matka". One thing I failed to mention earlier, my writings so far have nothing to do with Little Tentus, so when you're reading them, forget everything that Tentus told you about... everything. Bye!

Sorry guys, but due to a few complications (see the current media for further details), there will be no update tomorrow. There exists a possibility that the Wednesday update is on time, but I'm making no promises. For those of you who are wondering, Tentus will be back home sometime on Wednesday, so he should be updating again on Friday.

Sorry this one is a little late, but what can I say? I over slept. Anyhow, here we have the second chapter in the Sergis uhh... duo? so here it is, "Sergis Undead, Chapter Two: Sanguis, Aima, Veri". Have a nice day.

Hey guys, today I have yet another piece of writing, hopefully part of a long and confusing series entitled Sergis Undead. So far, I'm pretty pleased with how its coming (although it may be very strange and difficult to read). And so, I give you "Sergis Undead, Chapter One: Orior, Anatole, Nousta". By the way, I may or may not update on Friday. If I don't, you can be sure of a Monday update (for those of you who don't know and can't figure it out, Tentus is at Wilderness Trail again until next Wednesday).

I was hoping to upload this earlier, but I had packing to do, and saying goodbye to a friend for the next two years. Nashaii will be taking over after this update, so please email questions to him.
Today's art update is a piece called "Vader", and is a sort-of commission. It was a lot of fun to make, though I'm afraid I was too accurate to the real thing (please don't sue me lucasfilms!).

Hey, I have computer access for a few days, so I'm making an update today and another one monday! Today's surprise update is a photo series from the trip I just took with Nashaii, Wilderness Trail 2007 Summer Event 3!
Almost everything has been brought up to date for now, so I'm gonna go work on an art update for next monday. See you then!

Alright, I'm really sorry this update isn't when I said it would be, but I've been a little distracted these past few days :(. Well, I"m updating now, and I have nothing to add really. Just an update saying "we are alive". Alot of my projects are taking longer than I expected, so I've got nothing for you. Nashaii should be back from the trails soon, so you'll see some updates from him in later days. If you have free time, and have the channel G4, Watch their coverage of E3. The nintendo conference was amazing, and I am uber happy with anticipation on upcoming games and what-nots(mostly the Wii-Fit)

Hello all, I"m udating again today for Tentus and today I have brought you a colored version of my most recent sketch, Midna. I hope everyone likes it. I"ll be updating again Wednesday to keep Tentus' M/W/F schedual going. I have finally gotten the hang of this HTML stuff, so now we all don't have to worry about broken links and what not. Have a good day!

Alright, so this update happened alot later than I expected, but as promised I am updating today. I spent most of today working on a new sketch That I hope you all will love. I had a fun time drawing this one. I'm still learning all this HTML javascript mumbo jumbo, so there a few places that I need to fix, but I'm working on it.

This is a test update. Cause I have noooo idea what I'm doing. Tentus is helping me. Hopefully I'll be knowledgable enough to get a good update tomorrow morning( or afternoon, depends on when I wake up)

Last art update until I get back... it feels kinda odd leaving the site for so long. I've gotten so used to thinking about it every day it's going to be weird to not even be able to check it.
Today's update is a sketch I drew for work, to amuse my coworkers, entitled "Containers". It's cute, and it occurs to me that it's the first peice of sequential art that I've uploaded since Strip 01, other than the RLT mockups. Interesting.
I really got nothin' more to say. I'm gone as of Thursday noon, so please don't email me until I get back. If you have any questions or comments send them to 4drn or Nashaii instead, Nashaii will be available late in the month, and 4drn's always around :)

Slight change of plans (because I'm an idiot). 4drn will update next week, and not Nashaii, because Nashaii will be out of town (with me). I don't know why that didn't register with me earlier. So, to ease her job, I've made a new rant that goes through all the steps of updating my website. It's handy!
Hard to believe it's July already. Time flies when you have a schedule to follow.

Made today's update yesterday, and then decided last night it wasn't good enough, so I started over. Yay for obsessiveness.
But I did get something useful done yesterday, I separated 4drn's art onto a page of it's own, and updated some of the images that make this site easier to use.
I finally got a new wireless router and got it hooked up to the Wii correctly! Now I can view my site on a TV... ugh. It's ugly that way. Anyhow, enough blathering, go check out the new art.

I seriously need to start working on my updates earlier, but my time never seems to work out how I want it to.
Today's update somewhat fits with my mood, and is entitled Phobia. I also made a massive edit to all the artwork pages which fixed a bug that Tidy was pestering me about. It took a while, but I'm glad to have it done.
In other news, Wilderness Trail is closing in fast. While I'm gone I plan on having Nashaii update once a week, or however often he is able to. This means that bits of the site will fall out of date, but that is ok, I'll fix them when I get back at the end of July.

Whew, that typo on the previous newspost was killing me all weekend. Fixed now. (For those wondering, I try to update only on MWF so that I don't burn myself out. That's why the typo was up all weekend. It's also a self-imposed punishment for putting it up in the first place).
Today's update is another 4drn art, which you can check out here. Now I must sleep so I can spend tomorrow taking 4drn home. =(

Edit: Ok, this was too hilarious not to add in.

Hey hey, an on-time update, will wonders never cease! I was starting to feel like Fred. :)
Today's update is a cross-stitch by 4drn, so I stuck it with the rest of her stuff in sketches. Not perfect, but it'll do. It's a image that I'm sure you're all familiar with.
In other news, I did a fair bit of updating to the Links section, which is good. Except that it means that I'm even farther behind in the Overviews section. Grr.

I hope no one was too surprised by Nashaii's entry yesterday. I was talking him through the process, but he did the update pretty well. I have an inordinately complex system for updating, because so much is done by hand, it's difficult to remember everything.
Despite today being my day off from work, I was delayed considerably in putting together this update- Micheal gave me about 75 gigabytes of compressed videos to watch, so I spent a few hours with 4drn watching a few. Good times. But in spite of that, I got it done, and here it is.

Hey guys, Tentus decided that I should post this update so that I could learn for the times that he won't be here. We now have a snazy new piece of writing by me, and a neat little navigation page for my writings.

Wii!!!
Yeah, Nashaii got one yesterday, which is why today's update is so late. But don't fear, today's update is not something I tossed together at the last minute-
It's a 3D, animated model. Well, the copy on my computer is. You guys just get a screenshot of the model from the editor. But still, it's pretty dang cool.
By the way, as of today we have 100 html pages and 10 support files. Exciting stuff. Even cooler, this is the 64th newspost! (64 is a magic number).

I'm back from 4drn's house. On the way back I got Sarah to drive a bit, so I got some writing done on the way up on a laptop.
So I'm back and I've got a new rant for you guys. It's kinda brief by my standards, but it's interesting stuff. Also, I've added a feature to help navigation between rants, in order to make today's update a bit more worthwhile.

Urgh, so amazingly tired.
I might be at 4drn's house today and tomorrow, so I'm going to go ahead and say that Wednesday's update will not be up until after lunch (but before 2:30, when I need to be at work).
Ok, so because the edits section hasn't got any love in a bit, I've worked up a new one. This one is drawn from CCS, and I rather like it. May be I'll make another soon.

Le sigh. I really don't like the way that life manages to find a way to be complicated and painful no matter what. Sarah, I'm sorry you're having such a hard time right now.
Because of real life and poor timing on my part, the photoshop edit I was planning to upload today isn't done. In it's place is a very old pencil drawing I've decided to call Pencil Myself.

Edit: I did a lot of work on the rlt pages that should not be all that noticable right now, but they'll be nice later. Also, My work schedule (as far as I know it) is up on the schedule pages. If I learn more I'll add it tonight once I get off work.

Rather unusual update today- I spent most of yesterday morning hammering out the code needed to make the Really Little Tentus strips work. The code is a little bit wonky at the moment but it seems to work.
Too tired to do anything else for today (accidentally went to work yesterday when I'm supposed to work today, which means extra hours, but also extra tired). See you all Friday, hopefully with a bigger update.

New sketch/background up, entitled Who are you? It's ok.
Not much else to report. I've gotta go to work soon, maybe once I get back I'll add my work schedule to the schedule page.

I haz a new job. XD

Today's update represents a solid hour of photoshopping- it's kinda in the fuzzy area between digital and sketches. But I plomped in sketches because... not sure. Seemed right.
Quit reading and go look at it.
If you are still reading, I feel like pointing out that there are now over 90 pages on this site. Well over half a megabyte of web code and ramblings that hold 48 art pages, 8 rants, 6 overview pages, and so on. Go us!

My apologies about this being so late in the day. I had a job interview this morning, and there was some complications involving today's content.
But at least the upload is today, and not terribly late. It's a sketch today and a lot of small updates in the links and overviews sections. Grar.

Today's update will happen late this evening, I am very lagged out by AZ. But I promise it will happen! In the meantime, watchis the video below:

Original Youtube video can be found here, which has comments and such.

Edit (at 11:15 pm):
Ok, I've set up a page which I will add to over the next few days as I find images I can put on it. Here it is.
Now I go sleep, sleep is good.

Way behind on stuff in real life, so today's update is drawn from my photoshopping past. It's technically an edit, so I stuck it there.
Ok, must dash now, I ma extremely busy. Look for AZ photos on Monday!

To make up for monday's lackluster update, I have two fun things up today. First, If you look at the bottom, there is one more line of text in the credits, saying how many visitors we've had. Hopefully the way I've structured the Javascript won't break anything, so here's hoping.
In keeping with the artistic tradition of this site, here's a new sketch. It's cute and in color this time.
I am now knee-deep in getting my costume for Animazement ready, with many thanks to Sarah for helping me out (I'd be hopeless otherwise). See you guys Friday!

My brain is unhappy with me. I watched Shrek 3 instead of working on this update. I have also lost my sketchbook, I need to find it, badly.
Very little has been done recently. I did some work on the Joos skeleton in Anim8or, which I think I'm gonna use rather than Blender. Really, what has Blender got that Anim8or doesn't that I really need?
So, if you want to see something, go over and read some of the Glossary, I added some stuff. I tried to get an RSS feed working this weekend, but something's broken about it so far, so no go.

Choose which set of newsposts you want: the first 50, the second 50, the third 50, the fourth 50, the fifth 50, or the sixth 50.
