New Sunnindi Expressions As it turns out, the colors I labored over so long for in the original Sunnindi Expression sheet just weren't right, so I rehit the drawing table and completely redid the colors. The light blue ended up returning as Sunnindi's natural eye color, but the lines and pupils became a new color, quite different from the original purple-y color. The recoloring process ended up taking up all of my Thursday, but had the happy effect of greatly enhancing the quality and depth of the source document. As I said earlier, the expressions were done in Macromedia Flash, and then overlaid and compiled in Photoshop. I was able to streamline both sides of the process and greatly expanded the library of premade expressions. I'm still looking at a good way of getting streaks of color into the eyes, so that they don't look artificially imposed. There's some fine detail I just can't seem to grasp. |    |
