Windy Well, there was a small bit of interest in me posting my doodles, so I'm starting that today with a rather unusual doodle. This is one that I'm quite happy about, really, but simultaneously conflicted about. Every artist has run into this a few times. You make something, look at it, and go "Oh hell... if I do any more work on this, I stand a 50-50 chance of ruining it." This is how I feel about this piece, which is why I stopped where I did. If I give it the second layer of pen, like I was originally planning to, I'll probably ruin the image. So here we are, doodling. As you can tell, the above was made with pen and paper, nothing else. |
